REQUIREMENTS:

1. Completion of test application form. This can be done in person or by mail. (Test application forms done by mail must include: Applicants full name, complete address, WSU 9-digit student number, telephone number, e-mail, and student must specify whether they are seeking ELI, Undergraduate or Graduate Admission).

2. Payment (make checks or money orders payable to "Wayne State University").

3. Valid copy of previous TOEFL®, TWE® or MELAB® scores if not taking the TOEFL® and/or TWE®. All applicants must take all three tests unless evidence is provided of a passing score on a previous test. A valid copy (test taken in the last two years) of TOEFL®, TWE® or MELAB® scores must be attached to the test application.

1.The ELI is located on the main campus of Wayne State University in the heart of Detroit. It is easily accessible from I-75, I-94, I-96, the Lodge Freeway and Woodward Avenue.
